Brief LJK on the role.

For example, your organisation may be in the process of hiring an in-house lawyer; however, the $150k salary is limited to junior or mid-range legal talent. Alternatively, you might have a very senior General Counsel going on maternity leave and need someone like LJK to hit the ground running. Select from key deliverables.

LJK can provide an extensive list of key deliverables that may be used as a template to affirm the overall commitment, or alternatively you may provide your own list.

Monthly output is packaged up.

Once the role is clearly defined LJK has the deep experience required to organise and systematise each item into an agreed number of working hours or tangible assets per month.

Monthly retainer is agreed.

To keep costs as low as possible, LJK identifies the significant and critical tasks that she is able to complete in a small fraction of the time that it may take a junior legal representative.  If you agree, LJK then identifies tasks that can be conducted by LJK's network of junior legal professionals and paralegal resources. However, even if other team members are involved, every item ultimately is reviewed and signed off by LJK.

Enjoy a more modern and simply smarter method of conducting legal operations, especially for high-end legal costs. It offers the possibility of a full-time senior legal expert at half the cost.
